Gwen Sukeena's journey epitomizes a fusion of creativity, entrepreneurship, and a passion for sustainable design. Beginning as a collegiate soccer goalkeeper while studying Fine Art at Orange Coast College, Gwen's educational path later traversed Business Management at Chapman University, Interior Architecture at UNLV, and Film and Television with a Minor in Fine Art at Cal State Los Angeles, showcasing her diverse interests and commitment to continuous learning.
In her early career, Gwen's tenure in luxury hotels as a Concierge at establishments such as the Four Seasons and Hotel Bel Air laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial ventures. She explored her passions, launching a line of vintage jewelry, crafting vintage-inspired wooden handbags, and co-founding RAW Design INC., renowned for its innovative home products, including the pioneering handmade peppermills.
Transitioning into Interior Design in her 30s, Gwen's creative spirit flourished further. Her firm, established in 2008, specializes in renovating homes in Pasadena and Old Towne Orange, exemplifying her deeply personal approach to design. Guided by a commitment to longevity and sustainability, Gwen champions eco-friendly practices, steering clear of trends in favor of timeless aesthetics and vintage treasures, reflecting her belief that "vintage imperfections are perfect."
